Clothing & Equipment Storage

As an owner at The Residence Club at Fisherman's Cove, you are freed from the burden of hauling fishing rods and bulky beach gear to your vacation home. Your clothes, sports equipment or other personal belongings may be stored in a secure, climate-controlled area, awaiting your next hassle-free vacation. Your stored equipment and clothing are placed in your Club residence just prior to your arrival.

Club Boats

Club owners enjoy exclusive use of the Club's private 2008 high-performance Vector™ Series Hydra-Sports 2200CC boats. Ideal for fishing, family outings or a sunset cruise, the boats feature GPS systems, rigging and i-Pod® docking stations, rear jump seats, fresh water showers, insulated fish boxes, fuel capacity of up to 150 gallons and a fully-rigged fiberglass T-top overhead. Even better, the Club handles all the cleaning and maintenance of the boats so your excursions are truly carefree.

Boat Club & Concierge

Club owners will enjoy membership privileges at the Marina Club at Blackwater Sound which is next door to The Residence Club at Fisherman's Cove. Privileges include access to the owners' lounge with free Wi-Fi and a plasma TV, spacious new marble and tile shower facilities, unlimited in/out access, an array of boat services and maintenance, discounted fuel, and a fish cleaning station. You may also enlist the concierge service to stock your Club boat with sandwiches, beverages, ice and bait for an additional fee.

Private Rooftop Owners' Terrace

Fully appointed with a Tiki Bar, lounge chairs and a refreshing plunge pool, this outdoor terrace is an ideal haven for a relaxing drink, quiet sunbathing, hosting an intimate gathering, or taking in the best sunset views in The Keys. While enjoying the lounge, you may also arrange to have food and beverages delivered to you from The Big Chill, the on-site restaurant.

The Big Chill

The lower level of the Club features what will soon be the most impressive dining and entertainment experience in The Keys?The Big Chill. An outdoor Tiki Bar serves cocktails, frozen drinks and appetizers from the grill for poolside dining. The dining room offers gourmet seafood and steaks as well as a full raw bar. The Big Chill also features live music and entertainment year-round. Club owners enjoy signing privileges and discounts at all of The Big Chill venues. For added convenience, The Big Chill will also provide food and beverage service to owners relaxing at the rooftop lounge, at the pool or in their Club residences for a discounted price.
