Fisherman's Cove LLC is led by two dynamic developers, Bill Thies and Ben Fillichio, who have actively specialized in development and real estate investments with a diversified portfolio throughout Florida. They bring over 20 years of combined experience in development, acquisition, successful start ups and repositioning of companies in need for capital and management.

Most recently, Wilton Station, a 272-unit luxury residence mixed use project, set on approximately 10 acres of prime real estate in the heart of Wilton Manors, one of South Florida's most vibrant up and coming cities, minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beaches. In addition, a wide variety of on-site boutique retailers, affording residents a world of shopping and dining options within a short walk, including popular local restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and entertainment attractions.

  • Gulfstream Condominiums of Las Olas- a 39 unit condo conversion located a block from Las Olas Boulevard ? Fort Lauderdale.

DCP International, L.L.C.

DCP International, L.L.C. (DCP) specializes in the design, marketing and sale of equity residence clubSM memberships at prestigious resort and urban locations. It is the pioneer and most experienced company in this rapidly growing segment of the real estate industry.

DCP was instrumental in creating the first resort equity residence clubSM project at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. DCP has since participated in the design, development and marketing of residence clubs at other internationally acclaimed sites and is selectively pursuing new club developments at other prestigious national and international locations.


DCM

Destination Club Management, LLC (DCM) is an affiliate of DCP International, L.L.C., which created the first private Equity Residence ClubSM at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. DCM was selected to manage Fisherman's Cove after numerous evaluations of other premier service companies in the industry. DCM specializes in providing management and consulting services to member-owned private residence clubs located in premier resort and urban destinations that span North America. DCM's role will encompass staff employment and training, financial reporting, coordinating third-party service providers, facilitating reservations and valet services, coordinating member amenities such as spa services and maintaining the member website, along with other responsibilities. DCM's senior management staff has extensive knowledge in the hotel, resort, private residence club and property management industries.
